Burpees
Jumping lunges each leg counts as one rep.

rest 5min then,

8 Minute AMRAP

2 squat cleans 95/65#
4 front squats 95/65#
6 Thrusters 95/65#
8 Push Press 95/65#

Once you begin the Barbell sequence you must continue to hold on to the bar throughout each of the 4 movements(unbroken). If you drop the bar there will be a *5 burpee penalty* to buy back into the sequence.
