SO TOMORROW'S WORKOUT IS A HEAVY/SHORT METCON (METATBOLIC CONDITIONING). WHICH MEANS THE WEIGHTS WILL BE HEAVIER THAN USUAL. I WANT YOU TO PICK THE HEAVIEST WEIGHT POSSIBLE FOR THE MOVEMENTS.IT SHOULD BE A STRUGGLE FOR THE 4 REPS OF THRUSTERS.
