Is CrossFit in Colorado Springs right for beginners?

Yes. Every class is coached and scalable. We’ll teach you fundamentals, adjust movements to your level, and build confidence step by step.

How big are the CrossFit classes?

Intentionally small to protect coaching quality and keep the experience supportive and focused.

Will I be sore or overwhelmed?

You’ll be challenged appropriately not punished. We scale volume and intensity so you can train consistently, recover well, and see steady progress.

How often should I come to CrossFit classes?

Start with 3 days per week. Many members train 4–5x once they’re in a rhythm. Your coach will help you set the right cadence.

Do I need to be “in shape” before starting?

No. Come as you are. We’ll build strength, conditioning, and skills at a pace that fits your current capacity.

What if I have past injuries or limitations?

Tell us on day one. We’ll modify movements and loading so you can train safely while rebuilding confidence.
